The Monaghan Cross Community Group are the the first group visitors to visit Milford in the 2013 season. The group which includes over thirty people from Co. Monaghan, Dunganon, Lislea, Redrock and Armagh visited on Saturday 13th April 2013. The event was funed by Peace III. Their hosts were the Milford Community Development Association who welcomed them with morning coffee served at the Milford House Gate Lodge. This was followed by a tour of Milford House grounds and the Milford Wildlife Reserve (the old railway line).

The group then visited the Milford House Museum at 57 William Street for a guided tour. The visitors were so enthralled by the items in the collections and many said they would be back soon. The Manor House School Letters of Rosalind Hadden proved particularly popular with the group
